![]() > My computer basically can't find my wifi. ![]() Suggestions anyone personal music = mp3s, that's what I use too, so we should be able to figure this out I will comment on your post item by item: My computer basically can't find my wifi. but I don't know how this helps me connect via my computer. Helpdesk suggested I use the fitbit app on my phone to connect to wifi which I can do. Interestingly when I log in on my phone (Samsung S7 which helpdesk tells me is compatiable) it shows that I have in fact loaded the music (so why can't my watch play it?). I've paired bluetooth headphones and have opened the app after pairing has occured but still no music. ![]() ), now there is no music on my watch and when I press the music icon nothing happens (won't even ask me to transfer music). I actually managed to load a playlist the other day after speaking with someone at Fitbit helpdesk and left it to transfer (literally 2-3 hours. when I installed Fitbit Connect the end part of the installing was actually uninstalling it (wtf?) no I'm not using Deezer or Pandora, just the "Personal Music" storage option Also, note that the watch must have more than 25% charge and I strongly recommend to put it in the charger when trying to get music on it, just so it doesn't drain due to the music transfer answer to your questions: Have you installed Fitbit Connect? Do you have a working wifi connection? I am sure we can get it to work, but it helps to have details My experience is that once it works and are comfortable with the routines and quirks (that presumably all other smartwatches also have) you will be rather happy with it. You can find everything you ever need can you elaborate to the community exactly what your problem is? Are you trying to use Deezer, or Pandora or downloading mp3's. The link says mp3, mp4 and wma, but I have had only success with mp3. For downloading mp3s you NEED the fitbit connect software on your PC (not mobile). Let the community know if the information in the link can help you, and if not why not. Fitbit connect is kind of useful because it also shows that you actually have a wifi connection to the watch! Remember: put the watch into the charger and check that it has more than 25% charge, otherwise it won't work. And this is 2018? I sort of live with here is the help article on fitbit connect/music with download of the program for win10 Once you have selected an exercise you can get back to music controls but cannot change quickly to another playlist. You have to connect earbuds first, start the music app first, and only then you select and exercise. There you have to be wary that you cannot start music AFTER you have started say an exercise, you can't even connect your earbuds. I am just downloading mp3s and using the music app on the Versa. That said, I am happy enough to listen to music via my Versa, it's great as long as you know how to make it work for youĪs I mentioned, I am not using Deezer (seriously in 2018?, plus I refuse to pay a monthly fee) and can't comment any other music service. ![]() Right now in reality it is way easier to listen to music via your phone. And I agree, in 2018(9) the process of listening to music on a smartwatch should be seamless and integrated with iTunes, Spotity, Youtube, you name it.
